Spent the evening trying to pound the seat post down as it has seized up. Without the seat the box was able to be closed. Took another month to remove the seat post from the the bike.
Up early for the flight out. Only a half a block to the train station. Without wheels my hundred pounds of bike and gear needs to carried. Glad I spotted a hole in the fence save me a block carrying the gear and bike.
At the airport use cling wrap to make three bags into one. Got the weight right for my bags. Flight to Denver is direct and I am back in Colorado.
In Colorado just road across the state in five days to get my truck out of storage. A few passes and miles for this bonus ride.
