We took a rest day in Oyon and Lani got sick. I worked on the bike and troubleshoot the Wilfried Schmidt Maschinenbau Son28 dynamo. Sent a video to Schmit and they said one of the connectors was bent and the wiring is broken internally. So I have no more working dynamo for the next 6 months of the trip. Lani is not getting better and the explosions throughout the night are not helping her rest. Oyon is having a 10 day party celebrating the anniversary of the town. So time to head for the coast.
