I find a tree lined path for the 9k to the ferry. Just in time to load. The hour and a half ride give me time to charge the devices. Then off to work my way around the island. Tree lined roads and an occasional stop at a church. Churches are locked and don’t have much adornment. There is a little iron work that catches my eye. As I reach the north side of the island rain starts in quick storms. I wonder on. I check out a camping site and find I am the only on there. It has a nice shelter to sit by the fire. The forest department running these free camping areas also provides nicely cut firewood. I enjoy a quiet evening.
