Vientiane

Started the day with no food.  Road the 52 k into Vientiane.  There was lots of dust and exhaust on the ride.  As I was a bit hungry I went for lunch before finding a room.  As I had the afternoon free I decide to be a tourist.  Visited the Arch made with concrete donated for a runway.  So it is the vertical runway.  Then off to a museum of a wat
