Hang out and late start 1400
As I
start down the road I see a snake on the road.
It is a little aggressive and I wonder if it is poisonous. Danger is everywhere. Ride the roads
through forest and farm.
I have not been seeing the sights so when I see a sign
to historic place and the trail starts just fifty feet from the road, I am
hiking. Short walk up the hill and I
learn Galgbacken means Gallow hill.
There are the stone holes for the gallows if they want to revive the old
ways. Next historical markers are for an old cemetery with burial mounds. The mounds are just that and I ride on.
