5/26/18

I wake to my tent being whipped by the wind.  Rain pelts the tent.  I do not want to go out right now.  It is six AM and I try to sleep some more.  I feel a challenging day ahead.  Only 210k to the next town.  An afternoon start for me.  Rain holds while I ride.  Once again I lose a mitten from my jacket.  As I ride back searching for the mitt, a red Toyota truck pulls up with the mitt.  The gods have their fun, but are generous also.  The wind from the southeast has me working down one side of the fjord and glide up the other.
Love and kisses
Steve
