Lost one of my sandals the day before. Not sure how it happened but it was not there this morning. I started the day with a quick view of Crest. Then I ran into a Brit on a six week
tour. We road together for a while. His croissant consumption is beating mine. He was working on the theory that 50 calories
are needed for each mile, plus the 2500 that a guy needs for just sitting
around. He was doing 100 miles a day. He complained that it rained on him every
day. After I turned off on my own way
found that the sun came out. It looked
like the cloud liked him and they were following him. As I started to try to find a camp the came
again and I thought the Brit was going the other way. The boots filled with water again. I need to have the soap handy.
