Early start and I am heading north for Switzerland. It is slightly up hill till Aosta where they have a 2000 year old bridge still being used. If you build them right they last. I head for the pass after dark as I spent a little time exploring Aosta. The road starts to get a bit steeper. Campground at Gignod was closed for the evening. So I pushed on and found a nice patch of woods above a small grassy field.
