Got on the road at 8:30 as I was going to visit Mario who I met in Tarvisio. GPS tells me it is only 109 miles taking the major highways where bikes are forbidden. I take the less traveled roads across the farmland which is fairly flat. Near the end of the ride a few minor hills. I get to meet Mario family which gives me a fantastic meal and a warm bed.
